Finally El Pintor has come out with an affordable blanco Tequila! This incredible project is well conceived from liquid through to bottle design fusing the worlds of art, luxury, culture, and spirit. The blanco is made with lowland agave, carefully cooked in brick oven and crushed 25% by tahona and 75% by mechanical centrifugal mill. Fermented in one tank per batch with the tahona bagasse and a mix of indigenous and pitched yeast over 3 days. Careful distillation and proofing at 42% really make this blanco stand out in a blind lineup. The beautiful bottle makes it stand out on your bar.
