I first met McCauley Williams in 2018 when he started a bourbon brand. I still joke with him about those early days. I passed on a pallet of his bourbon. As McCauley built that brand it quickly became, and still is, a product we couldn't keep in stock. Never make the same mistake twice! I was hooked on the Alma Del Jaguar (ADJ) quickly after being introduced. ADJ partnered with a 5-th generation estate in Los Altos de Jalisco to produce a confirmed additive free, high quality tequila. It's the blueprint of a 3 ingredient tequila. Only agave, water and yeast are used in production. As we've expanded the Seelbach's Tequila selection the reposado is the bottle I revisit the most. I've used it as an entry point for dozens of bourbon drinkers that claim they don't drink tequila. If you're looking for a new bottle to try, I'd start with one of these bottles. And, thankfully I grabbed a pallet of these while they're still available.
